Matt White and William Bell are Chartered Building Surveyors with extensive experience in the commercial property market. We have been giving property owners and occupiers valuable advice for a total of 30 years: always with the objective of identifying the issues and offering the right solutions.
Matt was formerly an Associate Director in CBRE’s Building Consultancy team in Glasgow, and William held a similar position as Associate Director with Savills Commercial. Both Matt and William also have a recent background on the client side of the hospitality and leisure industry, managing and developing a 30 strong portfolio of hotels, bars and restaurants.
Steven McCormack joined the team in September 2010 as Building Surveyor, after successfully completing his studies at Glasgow Caledonian University with a First Class Honours Degree in Building Surveying.
