EPCA director William Bell presents to major industry conference on Section 63 Action Plans

EPCA are delighted to announce that director William Bell will be addressing this years RICS Scotland Regional Conference.  William will be presenting a session on recent changes to Energy Performance Certification in Scotland.  Late 2016 saw the introduction of Section 63 Action Plans which for the first time create statutory obligations on building owners to make improvements to existing buildings.

The conference is scheduled for 9 March 2017 at the Dunblane Hydro Hotel.
