Comprehensive refurbishment of partly occupied office building to provide Grade A office space. Floors were progressively refurbished to allow movement of existing tenant to new floor level on a re-geared lease. The property is now approaching fully let one year after refurbishment works. The project comprised the formation of Cat A office space, including an extensive strip-out with minor demolition, over a 36-week construction programme. Toilets and lift lobbies on each floor were also refurbished.
